Nutrition Services Providers
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Kat Latour is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science, Nutrition, and Health Promotion from Mississippi State University. She completed her Dietetic Internship at the Medical University of South Carolina and has experience working in rehabilitation hospitals, as a consulting dietitian, and in virtual nutrition care settings.
Kat is currently pursuing her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina. She is passionate about helping individuals make sustainable, health-focused lifestyle changes through personalized nutrition support.
Registered Dietitian
Derek Vidinha is a Registered Dietitian who earned his Bachelor’s degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. He completed his Dietetic Internship and Master’s in Nutrition coursework through the Phoenix VA Hospital in partnership with Arizona State University.
Derek has experience in both individual nutrition counseling and school nutrition programs. He is passionate about promoting healthy eating habits and is eager to serve and support the wellness of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
