Laboratory Services
The River People Health Center Laboratory provides a variety of diagnostic services, including blood work, rapid strep testing, urine testing, and STD testing. These services support the goals and mission of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community and the community we serve.
Our laboratory is staffed by qualified professionals and offers a wide range of tests, with many results processed through contracted outside laboratories. We use current computer technology to track tests and report results efficiently. The laboratory is certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Act of 1988 (CLIA ’88).
